User Conduct
You agree to not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the services). Any kind of Alchoholic beverages,Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle. kindly maintain appropriate volume and behavior to ensure a pleasant environment for all and passengers are responsible for any damage or deep cleaning resulting from spills.

Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through Indy Comfort Limo are subject to acceptance. Reservations can be made online, via phone, or through email, credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms can be used for payment methods, partial or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service. A credit card is required to hold and guarantee all bookings. Fuel surcharges may apply. Tour guide, and vendor gratuity is not included, 15-20% is customary and graciously accepted.

Cancellation policies
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund, Any Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, late cancellations made at the pickup time, as well as "no show" at the pickup location will be charged the full fare. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days depending on payment method used.
